Jai, this really depicts what can happen when poison is dripped into a child’s ear. It is very sad, a poignant poem ❤️

Thank you, Lorraine. It’s really sad how many children have their self esteem destroyed by the ones who are supposed to love and protect them. And some adults too. 💖

Negative confirmation bias borne of aural battery. Those that do this to others (especially children), often as an obvious tell of their own deep-set insecurity, make me wish there really were a hell. Love your writing, jai. 🖤

I’ve known a few of those insecure types; they hate themselves and take it out on those around them. And no amount of trying to reach them, no amount of reasoning, will convince them of that fact. After all, they are perfect and never wrong. Grrrr… 🤬🤬🤬
Thanks, Rann…your last sentence made me smile. ☺️🖤

One’s destruction can go on for years, from childhood to adulthood, when the poison is slow acting… sometimes the only saving grace, is that the confirmation was never realized by the condemned…!
